Salesforce Technical Architect

This role is focused on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The Technical Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture of Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical designs, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Experience with integration patterns and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
