Audit and Compliance

This role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, safeguarding organizational assets and maintaining operational integrity. The position involves conducting audits, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting audits to assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Identifying and evaluating risks related to financial, operational, and regulatory compliance.
Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address identified deficiencies.
Monitoring compliance activities and ensuring ongoing effectiveness of controls.
Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.
Staying abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in audit and compliance.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in audit methodologies and techniques.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
