Deputy Manager - Learning & Development

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The Deputy Manager will play a key role in aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Deliver training programs and workshops to various employee groups.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its optimal functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of learning initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry best practices in learning and development.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
7 to 12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience with e-learning development tools.
