Tamil Voice Process Executive

This role involves providing excellent customer service and support through voice communication, primarily in the Tamil language. The ideal candidate will be articulate, empathetic, and possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer calls and providing accurate information.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Adhering to quality and performance standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Fluency in Tamil and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer literacy.
0 to 1 year of experience preferred.
