Manager - US Payroll, Compensation & Benefit

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of US payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. The position requires a strong understanding of US payroll regulations, compensation structures, and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full US payroll cycle, including data collection, processing, and reporting.
Administer compensation programs, including salary planning, merit increases, and bonus structures.
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
Develop and maintain payroll and benefits policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits matters.
Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Manage relationships with payroll and benefits vendors.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in US payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, including federal, state, and local laws.
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
