This position is a temporary role for 8 months. As a Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. You'll support hiring across a range of functions - from tech to business roles - ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout. This is a unique opportunity to be a true partner to the business, influence hiring decisions, and help build the teams that drive Riskified forward. <h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment processes.</li> <li>Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, and other recruitment channels.</li> <li>Use recruitment KPIs and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring performance.</li> <li>Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.</li> </ul>   <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment</li> **<li>Proven track record hiring across multiple functions:** Tech, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles</li> <li>Global recruiting experience - managing hiring processes across different locations</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to guide strategy and decisions</li> <li>Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates</li> <li>Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment</li> <li>Native or fluent Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li> </ul> <h2>Life at Riskified</h2> **We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
