ServiceNow Administrator

This role involves administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for configuring the platform, managing user access, and supporting various ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents and problems.
Support ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
