Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of software applications.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making.
Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in software engineering and development.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience with relevant technologies and tools.
Experience with shared services model is a plus.
