Business Development Manager - Ventures

This role focuses on driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the ventures space. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall expansion of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the ventures landscape.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of ventures.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 11 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the ventures sector is a plus.
