Asst Manager Sales Marketing

This role is focused on driving sales and marketing initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in the vacuum pumps industry is a plus.
