Infrastructure Automation Engineer

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining infrastructure operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring high availability through automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
Implement and manage configuration management systems to ensure consistency across environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automation into the software delivery pipeline.
Monitor infrastructure performance and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience with infrastructure automation tools and technologies.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms.
Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
