Shift Engineer - Coating, Carpet, Compounding Process

This role involves overseeing and managing production processes within a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and leading a team to achieve production targets while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
