Manager - Payments - Merchant Acquiring

This role focuses on managing and optimizing payment processes related to merchant acquiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and secure payment transactions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the merchant acquiring domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee payment operations related to merchant acquiring.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Monitor payment processing systems and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement and enhance payment solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce risk.
Manage relationships with payment processors and vendors.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in payments, preferably within merchant acquiring.
Strong understanding of payment processing principles and technologies.
Experience with payment gateways and payment service providers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
