Tech Lead QA - Master Data Management (MDM)

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers in ensuring the quality of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases and analyze results.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Automate testing processes where applicable.

Extensive experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
