Dispatch Executive

This role involves managing the efficient and timely dispatch of goods and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to logistical procedures. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders and maintain a smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and verifying orders.
Preparing shipments for dispatch, including packing and labeling.
Coordinating with carriers and logistics providers.
Maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues.
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
