Workday Solution Architect

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The Workday Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and configure Workday solutions.
Develop and execute test plans.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues.
Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and updates.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Workday configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Finance, and Talent Management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Workday Studio or other integration tools is a plus.
10 to 20 years of experience in a related field.
