CRM Team Lead

This role is focused on leading and managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) function within a dynamic organization. The Team Lead will be responsible for optimizing CRM processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving user adoption to enhance customer engagement and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists.
Manage and optimize the CRM system to meet evolving business needs.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate CRM processes.
Provide training and support to CRM users.
Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in CRM management and leadership.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Analytical skills and ability to interpret CRM data.
Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement solutions.
