Capability Development Manager

This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of teams and individuals within the organization. The Capability Development Manager will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to drive performance and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess current skill levels and identify development needs across various teams.
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs and workshops.
Deliver training sessions and coaching to individuals and teams.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align development initiatives with business objectives.
Manage learning resources and ensure their accessibility.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in capability development, training, or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
