Senior Accountant

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage and oversee accounting operations within a dynamic organization. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash management.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Provide financial analysis and support to management.
Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 15 to 24 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
