Fettling Supervisor

This role involves overseeing and coordinating fettling operations to ensure high-quality surface finishes and dimensional accuracy of manufactured components. The Fettling Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of fettling operators, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of fettling operators.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Monitor and optimize fettling processes for efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fettling operations.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Train and mentor fettling operators.
Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with fettling operations.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Knowledge of fettling techniques and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to safety and quality.
5 to 8 years of experience.
