Accounts Receivable Caller

This role involves contacting patients and insurance providers to secure payments for healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

Contact patients and insurance companies to collect outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
Document all communication and payment arrangements accurately.
Follow up on past due accounts.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance providers.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Experience in healthcare billing preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
