SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay Consultant

This role involves providing expert consulting services related to SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules to meet client business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Gather and analyze client business requirements.
Design and implement compensation plans and rules.
