People Data Analyst

This role focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and improvements within people operations. The People Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to workforce trends, employee performance, and talent acquisition, ultimately contributing to data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data from various HR systems and sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to provide actionable insights.
Support data-driven decision-making for HR initiatives.
Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their data needs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
