Senior Elevator Technician

This role involves the maintenance, repair, and installation of elevator systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation for building occupants. The Senior Elevator Technician will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on elevator equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair elevator malfunctions, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
Install new elevator systems according to specifications and safety codes.
Conduct thorough safety checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Elevator Technician.
Strong knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
Ability to diagnose and repair complex elevator malfunctions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and codes related to elevator maintenance and installation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
