Dispatch Executive

This role involves coordinating and managing the dispatch of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire dispatch process, from receiving orders to tracking shipments and resolving any logistical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and verifying orders
Preparing shipping documents and labels
Coordinating with carriers and transportation providers
Tracking shipments and providing updates to stakeholders
Managing inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels
Resolving shipping discrepancies and addressing customer inquiries
Maintaining a safe and organized dispatch area
