Architectural Project Coordinator

This role involves coordinating and supporting architectural projects from conception to completion. The Architectural Project Coordinator will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Support the architectural team in design development and construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in architectural project coordination.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
