Product Manager II

This role is focused on driving the product roadmap and execution for a key area within Upstox. The Product Manager II will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business strategy.
Translate product vision into detailed requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Conduct user testing and analyze data to iterate on product features.
Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in product management, ideally in a technology or financial services setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
