Dynatrace Admin Professional

This role involves providing expert administration and support for Dynatrace monitoring platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Dynatrace environments, contributing to proactive problem resolution and continuous improvement of monitoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Dynatrace environments.
Configure and optimize Dynatrace monitoring agents and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve Dynatrace-related issues.
Develop and maintain Dynatrace dashboards and reports.
Implement and enforce security best practices within Dynatrace.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in on-call rotations for production support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in administering and supporting Dynatrace platforms.
Strong understanding of monitoring concepts and methodologies.
Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus.
