Lead Administrator Nutanix

This role is focused on managing and maintaining Nutanix environments, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security. The Lead Administrator will be responsible for implementing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other IT teams to support the organization's infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Nutanix clusters and related infrastructure.
Implement and enforce security policies and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and stability issues.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 8 years of experience in IT administration.
Strong experience with Nutanix virtualization platform.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with storage technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
