Deputy Manager - PL Prime

This role involves managing and optimizing processes within the Personal Loan (PL) Prime portfolio. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall growth of the loan portfolio while adhering to regulatory guidelines and risk management protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the PL Prime portfolio, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Oversee daily operations, including loan processing, disbursement, and recovery activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1 to 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in loan processing or portfolio management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
