Walk-in Drive for Experience Medical Coders

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on healthcare data management. The Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately assigning codes to medical records, ensuring proper billing and reimbursement processes. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, coding guidelines, and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review medical records and documentation to identify diagnoses, procedures, and services provided.
Assign appropriate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on established coding guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding regulations and payer requirements.
Resolve coding discrepancies and queries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding updates and changes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Medical Coder.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Familiarity with ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
