Power Platform Technical Lead Expert

This role focuses on leading and guiding the development of solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the quality and performance of Power Platform applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
Experience with data modeling and integration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
