Procure to Pay Operations Associate

This role focuses on supporting the procure-to-pay process, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of transactions from requisition to payment. The associate will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements within the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation of invoices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
