Field Service Engineer

This role involves providing on-site technical support and maintenance for security screening equipment. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and uptime of installed systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end-users. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of security screening equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Provide on-site technical support to customers.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Train end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
1 to 5 years of experience in field service or technical support.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
