SAP OTC Process Lead

This role focuses on leading and optimizing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within an organization, leveraging SAP expertise to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of OTC workflows, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of SAP OTC processes.
Analyze current OTC processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
Provide support and training to end-users on SAP OTC functionalities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OTC processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in SAP implementation and support, specifically within the Order-to-Cash module.
Strong understanding of OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and collections.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP configuration and customization.
