Senior Planning Engineer

This role involves overseeing and coordinating various aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring efficient planning and execution. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
7 to 8 years of experience in planning and engineering within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
