Senior Solution Engineer - Operations

This role focuses on providing technical expertise and support for operational systems and processes. The Senior Solution Engineer will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of critical infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain operational systems and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operations.
Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and systems.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support during off-hours.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a solution engineering or operations role.
Strong understanding of operational systems and infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
