Senior Staff Software Engineer

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions as part of a dynamic engineering team. The Senior Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software components.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Experience with Sustenance.
Experience with Sailpoint technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
