Quality Engineer - Seat Quality Department

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of seat components within a manufacturing environment. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues.
Work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Participate in audits and inspections.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
Proficiency in using quality management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
