Production and Support Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of production systems while providing ongoing support to users. The Production and Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to prevent future incidents. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production systems and applications for performance and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain system documentation.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system stability.
Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventative measures.
Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with production support and system administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Understanding of networking concepts.
