This role focuses on managing and executing tendering and estimation processes within a dynamic engineering environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project costing, proposal development, and contract negotiation, ensuring accurate and competitive bids while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed cost estimates for projects based on technical specifications and market analysis.
Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and contract negotiations.

Requirements/Qualifications:
