Product Manager

This role focuses on leading the product strategy and roadmap for environmental water product lines. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product strategy for assigned product lines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch and promote products.
Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in product management, preferably in the environmental or water technology sector.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with agile development processes.
