Corporate Counsel

This role provides legal support and guidance to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including contract review and negotiation, corporate governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
Provide legal advice and counsel to internal stakeholders.
Manage and mitigate legal risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Assist with corporate governance matters.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
5 to 8 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on corporate law.
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance principles.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
