Salesforce Architect

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture of Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Ensure the security and performance of Salesforce environments.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
