SAP GRC Securities Lead

This role involves leading and managing the implementation and support of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions, with a specific focus on securities and access controls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of GRC principles, security best practices, and experience in leading teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP GRC solutions related to securities management.
Manage and mentor a team of GRC consultants and developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve GRC-related issues.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GRC technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (10-17 years) in SAP GRC, with a strong focus on securities management.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
Deep understanding of GRC principles, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP authorization concepts and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
Experience with SAP Access Control.
