Product Change Analyst

This role focuses on managing and facilitating changes to products, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption. The Product Change Analyst will be responsible for coordinating activities across various teams, assessing potential impacts, and implementing change management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute product change initiatives.
Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams.
Assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes.
Develop and maintain change management documentation.
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product changes.
Ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 6 years of experience in a related role.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
