CNC Setter

This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. The CNC Setter will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the machining process, contributing to the overall production goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Select appropriate tools, materials, and machine settings.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Make necessary adjustments to machine programs and settings.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Setter or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
