Oracle HCM & Oracle SCM Consultants

We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM and Oracle SCM Consultants to join our team. This role will involve providing expert consulting services to leading multinational corporations, assisting them in optimizing their human capital management and supply chain processes through the implementation and support of Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Oracle HCM and SCM modules to meet client requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM or SCM consulting.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM and SCM modules.
Experience with configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
