IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent for various IT positions within our client organizations. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape and a proven ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Managing the offer process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
