Human Resource Executive

This role is focused on supporting the growth and development of a dynamic organization by managing various human resource functions. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment, attracting and retaining talent, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
Administering employee benefits programs.
Addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance.
Supporting performance management processes.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assisting with training and development initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
0 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
